Claims Process

Report the Incident
Notify us within 24 hours of discovering any loss or damage. Our team will guide you through the initial reporting process.
Submit Documentation
Complete a claim form with all supporting documentation, including photographs, purchase receipts, and a detailed description of the loss.
Independent Assessment
Our appointed independent surveyor will assess the claim, verify the loss, and prepare a detailed report for the insurer.
Resolution
Claims are resolved within 30 business days. Approved claims are settled at full replacement value directly to your nominated account.
