Each category has specialized storage conditions tailored to preserve the asset's integrity and value.
Each package is assigned a unique tracking number (format: TRK followed by 10 characters). You can enter this number on our tracking page to see real-time status updates including current location, transit status, and estimated delivery information. Our system provides live GPS tracking and automated notifications at each stage of the journey.
Yes, all assets stored in our vault facilities are fully insured while in our custody. We provide comprehensive coverage based on the declared or appraised value of each item. Insurance documentation is maintained digitally and accessible through your client portal at any time.
Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (UK time). We are closed on Sundays and bank holidays. However, our 24/7 emergency line is always available for urgent matters, and vault clients can access their inventory information online at any time through the client portal.
